Welcome to Logan Wesner's Page!

Some of Logan's many faces
You kinda kave to give this image a chance to load fully.
It's a bit outdated (~6/04), but we'll do a new one "soon."

Well, here we are at it again. Last time we updated, we apologized 'cause it had been almost eight months since we'd last updated. Now it's been more than eight months since our last update, and we're not even putting up any new pictures! Not yet, anyway - we have tons, we've just been a little busy. See, our little Logan has now experienced something that, in a perfect world, no one would have to endure: moving. We moved across town in early November, 2005, uprooting everything Logan had called home. He took it, as he takes all things, in fine stride, running full-tilt at his new life as he runs full-tilt at everything. Now we can add talking to the list of things he's pursuing with inexorable abandon. In our last update, we remarked that he was "taking his time" mastering the vocal arts. No more. He's undergone a verbal explosion the last month or two, and we've already fallen irretrievably behind in our attempts to document his vocabulary. Longtime watchers of our brood will recall that we posted his sister's first several dozen words on her web page. We intend to do the same for Logan - we've got a great many of his earliest words written down, but, as with everything else, moving has put us far behind in entering them into digital form. Now that we've moved (not to say "unpacked"), we hope to be able to get back into the rhythm of taking pictures, cataloguing them, and putting the best ones here. Of course, that's assuming nothing new comes along to take up our time...

AND NOW FOR THE PICTURES:

He didn't fling cereal at the camera, but we're positive he visualized it.

He has a great time at the zoo, and thanks to the excellent double stroller, so does everyone else.

He shares his sister's love of musical instruments, but for him it's all about conquest.

He took up a new hobby in Denver in September 2004, which he intends to pursue vigorously in the future.

He loves destroying things, but he's always just so good-natured about it.

"Moooommm!! Logan climbed in the baaaaathtuuuub!!!" ("keeping an eye" on him doesn't quite cut it, as it did with his sister).

Another activity he'd like to pursue further - playing in water he's actually supposed to be in.

Nothing particularly going on here, he just looked cute in his Christmas train outfit.

His Grandmom made this bib for his Dad, late 1960s. He's OK with it as long as the food keeps coming.

Even when stalking the camera with destructive intent, he continues to exude good cheer.

We were amazed he sat still for this portrait, early September '04 (we haven't tried recently).

He gets his Granddad Wesner to smile for pictures like nothing else quite can.

He plays with no one else quite like his Grampa Catanach - we'll get a more-current picture of the two, who are fast becoming best friends.

Meeting his Grandma Catanach ("Hapum") and his sister for the first time (he shows them both much more enthusiasm these days).

These days, he still cuddles with Grandmom Wesner, but spends at least an equal amount of time trying to rummage through her kitchen cabinets.
